Pressure Washing

Over time your home exterior builds up dust, dirt, film, oxidation leading to degradation of the paint. These pollutants may cause your home to appear old, gloomy, and dirty. Pressure washing removes all these contaminants leaving the exterior of your home vibrant and clean.

Spring is a perfect time of year to consider pressure washing your home. A good cleaning will do more than improve the look of your house, driveway, fencing, pool, deck or patio; it will also help prevent expensive repairs and possibly an early need for replacement. Pressure washing can actually help extend the life of a roof by eliminating stains caused by algae growth, which is a natural occurrence across the United States. Algae cells produce a dark pigment that acts as a sunscreen, protecting the cells from the sun. As this pigment accumulates on shingles, the roof becomes less reflective and absorbs more sunlight, which is transferred into the house as heat, raising cooling costs.

Washers are classified into following groups based on the type of fuel/energy they consume.

  • Power Source
  • centrifugal water pump
  • stainless steel water storage tank
  • high-pressure water hose
  • high-pressure dead-man type water wash gun
  • Electrical grounds for the washing system
