Tower FortyFour project is located in Dekwaneh region, on a total surface area of 90,000 sqm.
This tower is considered to be one of the highest towers in Lebanon, with 163 m as its highest point.
The project consists of 44 floors, including office and residential floors, technical area, shopping malls, and a roof top.
Kfoury Engineering will be executing this project as Turn Key Job, for the period of 36 months.
