Antelias Plaza is a commercial project in Antelias area, on a total built-up area of 25,000sqm.
the project consists of 2 Buildings A & B, tower A consists of 18 floors, as for tower B, it includes 7 floors.
This project revolves around a Top Down construction method which builds the permanent structural elements of the basements in reverse order; where the superstructure ascends normally, while in the substructure, basement slabs and raft foundation are anchored to the shoring and bearing piles.
